Pole dancing lessons present a new and exciting alternative to the normal hen weekend activities and offer your entire group the chance to have some light hearted, sociable and provocative fun.
In the pole section you will build your confidence on stage, be taught ways of how to develop your body language and posture, and will be trained in eye–catching tricks enabling you to become a whiz on the pole.
In the lap dance section, you will learn tantalising moves and grooves along with the etiquette of seduction. By the end of the course you will feel confident enough to take the moves home with you to impress your partner and even spice up your bedroom!
At the end of the session, each participant will perform their own routine on the poles, showing off all their new sassy tricks learnt and receive a certificate of commendation.
