How much deposit do I need to book my weekend?
£200 or 50% of the total cost whichever is cheapest.

If I cancel do I lose my deposit?
Yes, upon booking you will make a non refundable payment of £200 or 50% of the final costs.

Are all the events held at the same location?
No all the activities are not held on the same site. As each city activity centre is slightly different some activities are all held on one site and sometimes you have to move locations to participate in different activities. For example in Sheffield you would be able to participate on all the motorised activities at one location but if you wanted to mix those activities with paintball and/or clay pigeon shooting you would have to travel to another location. When you book you will be informed of where the activities are and how far away from your hotel and other activity centres they are.

If someone drops out of my group do I still have to pay for them?
No. As long as you let us know before the 21 day cut off point.  We will always endeavour to help in difficult situations and will not charge you if we can.

When do I have to pay the final balance?
14 days prior to the event.

What are the hotels like?
All our hotels are as standard; city centre, 3 star or equivalent, include breakfast and are on a twin share basis. Sometimes as in late booking or busy weekends we may struggle to fill all the above criteria but we will always inform you of the options upon booking.

You haven’t got what I want on your website?
Don’t worry just because its not on our website it doesn’t mean that we cant do it. Ring our events team on 0114 2700330 and they will be able to give you more information.

Can I drink before the activities?
No! There should be no alcohol or drugs (which may affect you in a negative way) consumed before you take part in any activities.
